Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Remote locations, weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, transportation issues, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Charges

7. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend that you do not accept the shipment where possible and contact us immediately.

For products received damaged, customers should contact Mezvera as soon as possible with the order details and clear photographs or videos of the package and product.

Any claim will be reviewed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

If you receive an incorrect, incomplete, or missing item, please contact our support team promptly after delivery.

We may request photographs, videos, packaging details, or other information to investigate and resolve the issue.

9. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer refuses or fails to accept the shipment, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or return the package to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned orders, where applicable.

10. International Shipping

At present, shipping availability may vary depending on the destination. If international shipping is offered for a particular order, applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other import-related costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
